Incredible Service and Care!

We have relied upon AdviseTech as our IT consultant since 2009. Over those years Hans and his team have assisted us in all of our computer related issues, from purchasing equipment to networking to system and software maintenance to recovering from unexpected events.
In most instances our calls for help are answered within a few hours and even total system crashes are typically resolved in no more than 24-48 hours (usually dependent on equipment delivery). When we need them, they are there!
None of us is particularly computer savvy. Hans and his team are understanding of that and, if we want, explain issues and solutions in plain English. Otherwise, they just keep things running smoothly.
